Thomas Hill (1829-1908)
This painting on panel of mountain with waterfall landscape measures 13" x 24" or in the period would frame dimensions of  15-1/2" x 26-1/2" is signed lowet left, T Hill.   The painting is in fair to good condition and could use a cleaning, but otherwise it is wonderfully done and a quintessential example of Hill's art.
